fedex SUCKS ASS

Can I just take a moment from screaming and banging my head to tell you how much I hate fedex? fedex sucks ass. I ordered a shader about a week ago, give or take.
It was shipped on the 28th.
According to fedex, who SUCKS ASS, it was delivered yesterday, at 10:45am. Albeit NOT TO ME. Not to MY address. Somewhere freaking else. They don't know where it is. Someone signed for it with a name that resembled mine exactly IN NO WAY.
They said the driver would be notified he misdelivered it tomorrow. he would, they claim, 'try to get it back. sometimes we can, sometimes we can't. sorry. we make mistakes too, we're not perfect.'
Fucking WHAT?!?!

The nasal-voiced woman on the phone told me she 'appreciated my professionalism' about the fact that they freaking just gave my shader to SOMEONE ELSE ENTIRELY.

The only other time I've ever been on the receiving end of something delivered by fedex (who SUCKS ASS) they MISDELIVERED THAT TOO! I'm not even making this up. Last time I had to drive damn near to another city and go pick it up myself. This time, I have NO idea where they left it, so I can't.
